TUESDAY
Meats: Beef tips, fried chicken livers & gizzards, sauteed sausage, fried chicken, country fried steak, baked chicken.

Vegetables: Mashed potatoes, green beans, black eyed peas, collard greens, creamed corn, squash, macaroni & cheese, candied yams, cabbage, French fries, stir fry, rice, sweet peas & carrots.

Chef's Choice of Soup: Broccoli, vegetable, vegetable beef, potato, chili, or chicken & rice.

WEDNESDAY
Meats: Fried catfish, BBQ Pork, fried chicken, Salisbury steak, baked chicken, chicken pot pie.

Vegetables: Mashed potatoes, green beans, lima beans, collard greens, creamed corn, candied yams, rice, cabbage, macaroni & cheese, French fries, squash, cheese grits & roasted potatoes.

Chef's Choice of Soup:
Broccoli, vegetable, vegetable beef, potato, chili, or chicken & rice.


THURSDAY
Meats: Meat loaf, fried chicken, Salisbury steak, baked chicken, fried chicken livers & gizzards, chicken tenders.

Vegetables: Mashed potatoes, green beans, pinto beans, collard greens, creamed corn, rice, candied yams, cabbage, rutabagas, macaroni & cheese, broccoli & cheese.

Chef's Choice of Soup:
Broccoli, vegetable, vegetable beef, potato, chili, or chicken & rice.


FRIDAY
Meats: Fried catfish fish, baked tilapia or whiting fish, fried chicken, Salisbury steak, baked chicken, sauteed sausage.

Vegetables: Mashed potatoes, green beans, lima beans, collard greens, creamed corn, candied yams, hush puppies, cabbage, macaroni & cheese, squash, sweet peas & carrots, stir fry, cheese grits, rice.

SATURDAY
Meats: Beef tips, fried chicken, country fried steak, baked chicken, BBQ pork ribs.

Vegetables: Mashed potatoes, green beans, black eyes peas, collard greens, bread pudding,  creamed corn, candied yams, rice, cabbage, macaroni & cheese, fried green tomatoes, stir fry.

Broccoli, vegetable, vegetable beef, potato, chili, or chicken & rice.


SUNDAY
Meats: Meat loaf, chicken &  yellow rice, fried chicken, Salisbury steak, baked chicken, spaghetti.

Vegetables: Fried green tomatoes, rutabagas, macaroni & cheese, chef's choice beans, green bean, mashed potatoes, collard greens, creamed corn, candied yams, rice, cabbage.

Chef's Choice of Soup: Broccoli, vegetable, vegetable beef, potato, chili, or chicken & rice.

 All you can eat salad & dessert bar.
Homemade banana pudding and cobbler (Peach, Apple, Seasonal fruit), homemade cakes, deviled eggs, coleslaw, potato salad, apple salad, macaroni salad, pasta salad, cucumber salad, seasonal fruit, salad, dressings and variety of farm fresh vegetables.
Daily vegetables and special meat can be changed by seasonal market provide.
